Description courtesy of IFF - Very useful in preparing Coumarin alternatives. More stable than Coumarin. It also has a very good Tonka characteristic. Almond, vanilla, Coumarin, hay, coconut note.
Warm, low impact lactonic notes with soft creamy nuances. Great alternative to Coumarin.
This is not restricted or prohibited under the IFRA 51st amendment like Coumarin.
