Peranat features a natural green fruity note with pear character. The profile is more unripened green pear.
It also has a slight sharp metallic edge to it when evaluating neat out of the bottle. Which would be excellent for enhancing citrus notes. But if you are looking for a pear note then this material is best used in dilution to bring out the fruity pear note.
