Sampaquita is a species of Jasmine Sambac that grows in the Phillipines. The scent evokes a powerful, strong, rich aroma of creamy Jasmine flowers with a slight fruity nuance in the background. A very nice base created by Givaudan to replace the very expensive Jasmine Sambac Absolute. Used in trace amounts to exhalt mid florals, or to add narcotic and deep richness to your floral compositions. Blends well with Rose, ripe fruit aromas, coconut and tropical fruits and adds interesting character to musks.
